Bill was very prompt, courteous, and helpful when it came to our project. Not to mention, he has a great sense of humor as well! I can't wait to have him build our deck! I would highly recomend him!

The faucet in our kitchen sink failed and started leaking. We called several plumbers, but nobody could come for several days. We went to Lowe's to get a new faucet, and there was Bill in the parking lot, standing beside his Bill the Handyman truck. I went over to ask him if he replaced faucets. He said yes, and that he could come over in an hour! He did come, and replaced the faucet while we waited. As I said, It's a Miracle!

Great! Bill responded to my initial inquiry quickly. We set a time for him to see the various jobs I wanted done. (replace two sets of window shutters, install an outdoor light above front door, install doorbell button, install address plaque, tie up loose cable wires on side of house, power wash side walk, awning, storm door and stained foundation block). He got back to me within 4-5 days with a quote that I felt was reasonable. He was able to fit me into his schedule about 10 days later. Everything he worked on was done very well. The weather interrupted his work and he returned over the weekend to finish. This was the first time he did work for me and I feel confident that I will not hesitate to rely on him as my regular handyman from now on. Bill is very friendly and he also took note of any items he noticed that may need attention which I appreciated.
